How does the water tight door work?
Walk In Tubs use a special rubber seal that forms a hydrostatic seal when compressed by the door latch and the weight of the water as the tub fills. The seal is guaranteed for the life of the tub.
Can I take a Shower?
All out Walk In Tubs come with an adjustable shower. The shower controls can be operated from a sitting position. This allows you to wash your hair or rise off while you are seated. We provide a deck mounted diverter to switch from faucet to shower. Use the shower standing up or sitting down.
What options can I get?
The basic Walk In Tub unit is called a soaker. You can opt for whirlpool, or air hydrotherapy. The air hydrotherapy creates champagne like bubbles that are warmed by an in line heater.
Which option do you recommend air or water hydrotherapy?
As we get older our skin gets thinner. The air bubbles are much gentler than the water. It depends on your needs. Some customers opt for both air and water hydrotherapy. Over ninety per cent of our customers order just the air
What are some of the health benefits?

How durable are Walk In Tubs?
Our Walk In Tubs come with a lifetime warranty. The fixtures and motors for the jet and air system have a five year warranty. The basic construction is similar to the methods used in building a boat. Each Walk In Tub is tested before it leaves the plant to make sure it is water tight. The door swings in and is strong enough to used to stabilize yourself as you step into the tub. The door is designed to hold up to 300 pounds of weight.
Explain the difference between gel coat and acrylic.
Both products are excellent finishes for Walk In Tubs and Showers. Both are a resin based plastic material. Acrylic comes in a sheet form while gel coat comes in a liquid form. Acrylic is heated and stretched to fit an existing mold and can get weak spots in the bends. Gel coat is the material used to make boats with. It is much stronger and is much easier to repair if it is damaged. All our Walk In Tubs are made with gel coat.
