Scheduling an Installation Date

After you have selected a walk-in tub model for your home, we are ready to move forward with your project. Your walk-in tub will be assembled in the USA at our New York-based facility. It will then be shipped to your home on the day of your installation. This process can take as little as two weeks; however, assembly and shipping times can vary.

Our representatives will work with you to schedule a day that works best for your schedule, most installations take just a day.

Day of Installation

On the day of installation, our team handles everything for you, including the removal and disposal of your old bathtub or shower, the installation of your new walk-in tub, and any other renovations that are required. All plumbing, electrical, framing, finishing, etc., are handled by our internal employees. Everything in your bathroom will be clean and ready to use at the end of the day!

After Installation

After installation, a certified professional will walk you through all the features of your tub. This includes:

• All necessary controls for operation
• What is covered by our lifetime warranty
• How to get in touch with our team should you need assistance.

After you are 100% satisfied with your installation and the instructions about using your walk-in tub, you will be asked to sign a completion certificate that guarantees you are nothing short of happy with your purchase and experience working with our team. We don’t consider a job done until you are satisfied!
